- I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery – see Returns & Refunds.
- My discount code did not apply. The new-customer coupon is applied automatically at checkout, up to a maximum discount of EUR 100. If it did not appear, email us before paying.
- Something is wrong with the item. Send us your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
