2. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if there is an obvious pricing error, and we will refund you in full.
  • Your name, address and phone number must be complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

3. Prices and currency

  • All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include the item price.
  • Shipping is free of charge.
  • Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects orders that were already confirmed.

4. Payment

  • We accept cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express) through a secure payment gateway, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • We never store your card details; they are processed directly by the payment provider.
  • For bank transfers, we start preparing your order once the payment has cleared.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Delivery inside Europe takes one to two weeks. Other destinations may take longer.
  • A tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel ships.

6. Returns and exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy.
  • The item must be in its original condition, complete with its packaging and accessories.

7. Warranty and authenticity

  • All our products are genuine and inspected before shipping.
  • Manufacturing defects are replaced according to the warranty period stated for each product.

8. Privacy

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to damage it, or abuse our offers and discounts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. An update takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
