Your satisfaction matters to us. If an item is not what you expected, you can request a return or an exchange under the conditions below.
Return window
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After that period we can only accept a return in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Conditions for accepting a return
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and with no signs of wear.
- It must be returned with its packaging, accessories and any free gifts included.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been used or damaged through misuse.
- Customised items, or items that have been activated or linked to your account (some smart devices, for example).
- Personal hygiene products once their packaging has been opened.
Return costs
- If the item is damaged or is not the one you ordered, we cover the full return cost.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@muwadev.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send you the return steps within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, the return is approved and the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace defective items or items we shipped by mistake at no cost to you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
